What a bathroom remodel with us includes
Most bathrooms we remodel in Fort Lauderdale start the same way: an old tub or fiberglass shower, tired tile, a worn-out vanity, and sometimes a soft spot in the floor that says water has been getting where it shouldn't. We take the room down to what's solid, fix what we find, and build it back up in the right order.
- Demolition and haul-away of old tile, tubs, vanities and fixtures
- Tub-to-shower conversions and custom tile showers with niches and benches
- Waterproofing under the tile in every wet area
- Tub surrounds, wall tile and accent bands
- Vanity, toilet and fixture installation
- Tile, LVP or plank flooring, plus drywall, paint, baseboards and trim
If stepping over a tub has become hard, a tub-to-shower conversion with a low curb, a built-in bench and blocking in the wall for grab bars is often the most practical change you can make to the room.
How the job runs
It starts with a free estimate at your home. Ronn walks the bathroom with you, talks through layout, tile and fixtures, and gives you a written price. Once materials are chosen, the crew handles demo, prep, waterproofing, tile, fixtures and finish work. You deal with one company for the whole job instead of chasing separate trades, and any plumbing or electrical work that needs a specialist is coordinated through us, so you still have one point of contact.
Built for South Florida bathrooms
Humidity, hard water and slab floors are part of life here. Behind shower tile we use backer board and a RedGard or Schluter-Kerdi style membrane, slope shower floors to the drain, and choose grout and caulk meant for wet areas. In condos we follow your association's rules on work hours, noise and debris removal; tell us about them up front and we'll plan around them.
