From a backsplash refresh to a full gut
Not every kitchen needs to be torn out. Sometimes new countertops, a tile backsplash and fresh paint make the room feel new. Other times the layout, cabinets and floor all need to go. We'll tell you honestly which one your kitchen needs and price it that way.
- Cabinet installation and replacement
- Countertop replacement
- Tile backsplashes: subway, glass mosaic, marble-look porcelain and full-height slab-look tile
- Porcelain tile, LVP and laminate flooring through the kitchen and the rooms around it
- Drywall repair after demo, interior paint, trim and baseboards
Planning the work
A kitchen takes more coordination than any other room: appliances, the sink and dishwasher connections, lighting and outlets, and the order everything goes in. We sequence the job so cabinets sit level, backsplash tile is cut cleanly around outlets, windows and cabinet ends, and the floor and trim tie into the rest of the house. If you're replacing cabinets, it helps to pick appliances early, since their sizes set the cabinet layout. Where a specialist is needed for plumbing or electrical, we coordinate it so you still deal with one company.
Our own work, not stock photos
The kitchens on this page are jobs we did: white shaker cabinets with a glass-mosaic backsplash and under-cabinet lighting, a galley kitchen finished with a marble-look porcelain backsplash and granite tops, and a full kitchen remodel caught mid-install. There are many more in the project gallery.
Getting started
Living in the house during the work? Tell us up front and we'll plan the order so you're without a working sink for as short a time as possible.
Estimates are free. Call and tell us what you have now and what you'd like to change. Ronn will come out, measure, talk through cabinet, counter and tile choices with you, and give you a written price. If the bathroom is next on your list, we do bathroom remodeling too.
